Sorry place it's getting worse
It doesn't matter if you get the more expensive washes. There's dirt and tire shine at the end of the tunnel that always blows up all over the side of your car. Other locations are fine, this one is terrible. *edit 3/27/25 - the problem is with the exit pad, no one cleans it off and the dirty water splashed all over the car when the air dryers turn on. Also, your responses about prepping a car beforehand is absolutely garbage and not true. Your company has turned coats into absolutely garbage and worse than modwash.
I love this place!!!!! Best car wash ever!!! Still my favorite car wash!! UPDATE This is no longer my favorite car wash. Since it was sold it has turned into a car wash that is not worth going to. They don't have towels for us to sry off our cars, most of the vacuums don't work and the thing that upset me the most was I paid for an epic car wash, the lady the is suppose to spray my car off only sprayed the hood nothing else my car came out still dirty, alot of the washing equipment wasn't moving as i road through, tires were... read more
They used to do a great job, brushing my grille, windshield and tailgate and even spraying fender wells occasionally. Now the brush never comes out, my tailgate and back glass never get clean.
