Very poor car wash since new ownership. Bugs still on windshield and bumper, wheel wells untouched, rear window on SUV still dirty. Ran through a 2nd time with same result. Management claims chemicals in pressure wash reduced effectiveness of car wash. Why aren't you using the same chemicals in pressure wash. Canceled my monthly subscription. It's obvious changes are being made to reduce overhead at the expense of a good car wash as it was when owned by Coates
