Long wait but made up for by a pleasant visit with Dr. Coates.
My first visit with Dr. coats,he did excellent job checking abdominal wound.
Dr Coates is the best.... Most important makes one feel comfortable in experienced hands
Very professional and did an excellent job on my surgery
I appreciated his laid back, yet professional manner. He answered all of my questions in depth and made a stressful situation into a positive experience.
Dr. Coates performed a temporal artery biopsy on me a couple of months ago. Weeks after, when the surgical sites were still extremely painful and oozing puss, I went back to see him. Without more than a glance, he told me everything was fine and that it may take a bit longer to fully heal. Now, I have even more pain and puss that occurs every day. It's too bad Dr. Coates couldn't be bothered to actually examine me to make sure everything is really okay. Terrible bedside manner!
No compassion, he made my anxiety go through the roof with his condescending comments and his arrogant attitude. I was so uncomfortable.... My situation was already bad enough before I had to let a strange man near my unauthorized areas. He didn't help in easing my concerns AT ALL.
Dr Coates is positive and talented Dr. He is trustworthy and confident in his work. I highly recommend him.
