I had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy today. I was treated with kindness and quality care from the front desk to the nurses, anesthesiologist and then from Dr. Coates. I’ve had many scopes done over the years, but this one caused the least discomfort. Well done!!

I came to the center after an internal bleeding from medication. My first visit i filled all my paperwork online and arrived 10 minutes early. I waited in the front about 20 minutes, then a very nice girl walked me back to the room. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes! As I was about to leave the doctor walked in and spent 4 minutes with me.
