As an NHS patient for years now I was told that because of NHS delays of a month, 2 months or recently 3 months are normal. As another NHS dentist left the practice and my appointment on which I was waiting few months was cancelled I moved to a different practice few months ago just to be told there that the longest delay I can experience is 2 weeks and they apologised that it's so long. When I started treatment, which was painless, each stage was explained by Keith and his team. Appointments were made in advance by the helpful reception staff.
