Ordered and paid 50% on the 10th March and have not heard a thing from them. They told us when they removed the ripped one and did a measure up it would be 2 weeks for new sail to be made and installed, not sure if we will ever see the new one. Phones go straight to message bank.

I’d like to thank Ben and his man Sam for the excellent job they did on solving an ongoing problem I was having with substandard installation, where brickwork was damaged and the Sail became lower and lower after several attempts at a satisfactory fix….. Ben instantly solved the issue by securely installing a post . Which should have been done originally… I very much appreciate what Ben and his team have done promptly and efficiently with no fuss Thank You very Much Gerry Robina

Ours was a complex large domestic sail. Ben took extra time to measure and design to give us a great result. Great team to deal with.

Good product and company. We had our sails for close to 9 years and they survived all the storms, hails and heat. Only on the recent Christmas 2023 "tornado" the sail ripped slightly in the seam. We had it fixed and the service was again excellent. Shout out to Samuel who is one of the nicest guys you will meet and who did fantastic job.

Excellent work in re stitching one of my shadesails that developed a rip. Down before the storms and back up now. You don’t realize what a difference they make until they are not there. Great work Samuel.
