Steve and Matthew did an exceptional job building our granny flat in Umina. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again in the future. They made the process extremely easy from the initial design, council applications and gave great advice throughout the process.
We are extremely happy with our build. From the initial meeting with Steve, where we started looking at granny flats, the planning process, the build and all the way through to the finished flat.
