We are extremely happy with our build. From the initial meeting with Steve, where we started looking at granny flats, the planning process, the build and all the way through to the finished flat. Nothing was ever a problem, communication was great. We are very happy. You can't go wrong choosing Coastwide Granny Flats.

Steve and his team did a great job building a Granny Flat for me and I highly recommend them. As I don’t live on the Central Coast, they kept me updated regularly with photos. They also took care of all the extras required to get the Granny Flat tenanted such as fencing, landscaping, letterbox etc. I ended up getting a higher rental than originally estimated due to the high quality of what they delivered.
Steve and his team did a brilliant job building my granny flat and I would highly recommend using this company. Communication was excellent throughout and the build times and costings were pretty much on target with what I had been told.
