Friendly Staff always willing to Help ,Dr Townend Super Professional with Eye Surgery .
Doctor is brilliant, staff friendly and kind. However only 1 doctor working with appointments every 15 mins. Bring my mum for her 9.30 appointment and still waiting to see doctor 1 hour later. This business seems to over book for business reasons. If you come for an appointment expect to wait 1-1.5 hours to get seen. Maybe they need another opthalmologist??
Cannot fault these doctors. Had an acute malignant glaucoma attack and they got me straight in and dealt with very professionally. Post consults they same. Dr Jim li and dr dan britel thankyou.
My son required emergency surgery. Dr Li was oncall and operated and saved my sons eye. I can't fault his service or the service provided by the staff and his registra at the time, even several follow up appointments. Highly recommend Coast wide eye Surgery.
