Doctors, managers, & the majority of administrative staff range from unproblematic to excellent, yet a minority of staff are maddeningly indifferent & unprofessional. I've accepted past apologies, heard out caveats to roles/procedure, but when problems are recurrent & preventable, it's carelessness. I saw Dr. Daniel Bretell Very nice man very professional would definitely thoroughly recommend. He’s also a cutie.
Rudest receptionist iv ever encountered. Dr Ferrier is good but the admin are disgusting. I would not go there if it wasn’t for Ross Ferrier. Receptionist really need a lesson on manners. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!
