I went to Coastwide Eye specialists for a skin tag. After arriving, I had my sight checked. After this I was advised that my lenses were in need of cleaning using a laser. Once cleaned, my skin tag was removed and I was in better shape than when I arrived. Thanks, Dr Brad Townend.
I have been trying to ring all day. You get placed on hold all day. Do these receptionist know how to answer a phone? I guess not. ALL DAY. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I HOPE YOU SEE THIS POST.
UPDATE: after this, I got an email from the clinic, cancelling the pre-surgical appointment with 4 DAYS of notice, "terminating my relationship" with the clinic, vindictively throwing the plan for time-sensitive vision-restoring surgery into utter chaos just WEEKS prior to it. Is this the standard of care you'd want in a clinic when things go wrong? Doctors, managers, & the majority of administrative staff range from unproblematic to excellent, yet a minority of staff are maddeningly indifferent & unprofessional. I've accepted past apologies, heard out caveats to roles/procedure, but when problems are recurrent & preventable, it's carelessness. I talk to people about my recent chaotic experiences here & am met with disbelief.
