Rudest receptionist iv ever encountered. Dr Ferrier is good but the admin are disgusting. I would not go there if it wasn’t for Ross Ferrier. Receptionist really need a lesson on manners. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!
Pity that one receptionist can make or break a visit to the clinic. All people, including the elderly, should be treated with dignity & respect; especially when being paid to interact with them.. Terrible front door service !!!!!
