Well I'm on the phone now an it's been 20 minutes this is crazy there is no way they should keep people waiting like this for God sake get some help in the office but again this is HMB for you so if your thinking about health care here think again
Absolutely fragmented customer service, and continuous transfers of my call. Dr. Urena is an absolute slack, dictating the wrong application for my Continuous Glucose Monitor to the point where the pharmacy will not even fill the prescription. I suspect he's not even a real doctor for this reason, and the reason he wore Chuck Taylor's during our initial visit. What doctor does THAT? An extremely unprofessional clinic which i recommend STAY AWAY.
I thought the person I had to deal with was rude it was like I was taking up her time but isn't that her job to talk to people about the appointment?
Most polite and helpful staff I've ever dealt with. Been going here for about 8 years. They truly care.
Been calling for over a week, nobody ever answers. 20 -60 min of ringing to nothing.
