We had a wonderful experience with Coastline Vacation Rentals! Everything was well organized, and the property was beautiful and exactly as described. An issue came up with the air conditioner on the top floor, but someone was out within an hour to fix it — talk about great service! The office staff was so friendly and genuinely wanted to make sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. We’ll definitely book with them again for our next vacation!
Avatar by the Sea was great to us! Clean and a short walk to the beach. Management was very communicative and instructions were easy to follow. Super helpful and appreciate the host and Coastline!

Absolutely a beautiful unique home. Wonderful outdoor living space. This is my 2nd time renting this house and is one of my favorite..I have been coming to St Joe Beach for 20+ years...I will be back. Well I said I would be back! 3rd time in the beautiful Ivey House Came in May - now it is September. 9 of us came this time. My brother in law passed away and this beach was his heaven. Great place to stay. My only suggestion might be grab bars in the main floor bath. I was traveling with 3 80+ adults and that would have been helpful!!!
