terrible terrible customer service. they did a neighbors tree and cleaned their area (the neighbors) kind of but left an atrocious mess on my property and i know for a fact they saw it. All day I heard them out there arguing and cussing at each other. Just ew honestly. I would have moved my stuff but they were terrible at communicating when they were gonna come cut the tree. I thought it was supposed to be a later date cause they had canceled a time or 2 before. You are definitely on their time not yours so keep that in mind... read more
Guy came out and provided an estimate. Then a few days later the crew showed up and I told them what I wanted trimmed because I was pretty particular with what I wanted. They did an amazing job! I love that I can support a business in my neighborhood. Thanks y'all!

I want to speak to the wonderful character of the owners. I was sharing that my mother-in-law was trapped in NC due to hurricane Helene and without hesitation they offered to reach out to their contacts with helicopters to survey the area and to try to perform a welfare check. So grateful for folks like Coastline Tree Service!
Everyone was very professional and they not only did a great job removing the tree but cleaned up the area afterwards.
