I don't ever leave bad reviews for anyone or any company but I do need to share my experience with Coastline. I chose them because I had read some positive reviews so when I wanted to have an awning or shade done over the door out of my sunroom, I gave them a call. The gentleman that came out to the house was nice, respectful, professional. He was knowledgeable regarding the different available products. Was here for quite a while. Gave us some different ideas. Extremely pleased with my screened in porch. It looks so nice! Customer service was excellent.
This gentleman and his company were very helpful in providing us with the options on remodeling our beach house sunporch. Straight up and no problem or pressure in making our decision for choosing them. We thought he was very thorough on All our guestions and working within our budget range. Coastline designed and installed our awning. Dan offered many great design ideas and helped us select the right awning for our home. The awning arrived when promised. The install crew (Ray and Jose) did a fantastic job on the hottest day of the year. Everyone we talked to at Coastline from start to finish was friendly and professional. We now love sitting on our shady back patio. Thank you Coastline!
Coastline recently installed a Sunair Suntube retractable awning for us. Dan was great to work with and very patient while we made our choices and communicated throughout the process. Ray and Jose were very professional and the install went smoothly and just in time for our annual family crab feast! Highly recommend Coastline and Sunair product.
