I've been taking my reels to Coastline for annual service for over 20 years, even though they're over 30 miles away. That's because they do excellent work for a fair price. They're always friendly and helpful, like telling me when parts for a particular reel are getting scarce (so that I can start thinking about another reel purchase).

I carried a shimano Calcutta reel there and never heard back for several weeks,,when I called them they said they couldn't get parts for,,i call bs
