Amazing experience! Danielle took the time to explain everything about the salt room, offered us heated shoulder wraps, blankets, and when she offered us water she made sure to ask if we preferred cold or room temp. She was ready to accommodate any preference we had! She had no problem accommodating an extra person and even let our pre teens play with the “sand toys” and slide to keep them occupied while we relaxed in the comfortable chairs. first experience with a salt room/salt therapy for my husband & I, we absolutely loved it!! super relaxing, & stress relieving, even continuing hours after. Our skin feels great along with any congestion from allergies feeling clearer. It was a great birthday-to get away from the rush & busy-ness of life, forced to slow down & relax in the calmest way. Will definitely recommend salt & solace, and continue to use them in the future!
Absolutely LOVE this salt room and feel so blessed its right here in Downtown New Port Richey!! I came here for some immune support before a big trip and immediately felt less congested and honestly just less inflamed. Not only is the salt room good for your health but made me feel so zen! As someone in the self care industry, I will be encouraging all of my clients to give this a try.
