I booked a stay with them in myrtle beach sc. They falsely advertised property as being safe for families. Upon entry into condo it smelled like smoke, leaky water, water in balcony from leaking ac and not ocean view as advertised. They refuse to give me my money back even though I left right away and called and emailed them. Do not book through these false advertisers!!!

I would love to know why you think all of these reviews are getting your company mixed up with another company?? You really think these people don’t know who they rented from? Just own up and be accountable. You clearly see your ratings are not good and have a lot to work on. As far as reporting damages for things not done by the customer, I can attest to that. Y’all got a lot of work to do
