This dog was allowed to enter yards, cross the street, and set off all the other dogs in the vicinity, with the woman only caring about stuffing her pamphlets into letterboxes. This has been captured on camera and will be raised with the council regarding having an unrestrained dog in public, and while you're working and representing a business, no less. Disgusting.
