Just lousy business practices. Tried to rent a condo using VRBO with Coastline Reality being the "host". Long story short I was charged upon requesting the rental and was later told my dates were not available. Not only was I on the hook for fees when I couldn't even rent the place, the agent made no efforts to rectify the situation. Couldn't call me back but he made it clear he wasn't responsible....in an email. Extremely unprofessional!! We have rented homes in the past, are always respectable house guests, and were utterly shocked at the way both the owner and realty company handled our situation. It seems like they have never done this before. They were unapologetic, and clearly don't care about customer satisfaction. I would not recommend renting a house or working with Coastline Realty in Cape May.

Ami & Holly helped me secure rental housing for a large group coming to Cape May for a surprise birthday celebration. They were responsive & extremely helpful, providing numerous options. As importantly, they ensured all communication was via email (leases, etc.), so that the surprise remained one. I cannot recommend Coastline Realty too highly. I've worked with them in the past & look forward to working with them again.
