Update: the company gave us a credit which covered the cost of towing, very happy with the resolution. Will definitely be booking through coastline realty again. The rental company was very helpful with booking and answered all of my questions quickly relating to that. They were very easy to get in touch with. While staying at the rental my group experienced some problems with the driveway and street flooding which caused 2 of our cars to get stuck. We had to pay for them to be towed out. Very professional. Easy to deal with. This is the 2nd time we've rented from Coastline and we've already renewed for next year.
Amber at cbcoastline is very rude and unprofessional. We have visited topsail island for the past 12 years, we normally used treasure realty for our vacation rental but this year they were booked, we decided to try cbcoastline, we found a deal on a condo at the dunes, there was a discounted price for the week we were looking to book, we went ahead and booked it and didn’t receive the discount.
