Four years ago, 2022, we had a complete resurfacing by Coastline, on our 25 yr old pool. Steve gave a great price and was very detailed in explaining our options and what to expect during the process and clean-up. The crew was very considerate are careful in caring for all patio conditions during the process, and kept us apprised of how each phase was going. The work (replacing a fiberglass shell with DiamondBrite) went pretty well, but they did not complete the start up. Theypromised to "perfectly balance" the PH, but we ended up working with our regular pool supply to make sure all is right. They also broke off the caps for the pool ladder and didn't replace them or let us know. And they didn't provide start-up instructions until after we thought they were done and gone. In general, follow-up just wasn't up to my standards.

We just had our pool resurfaced with Diamond-Brite and the tile replaced using Coastline Pool Service and could not be happier with the results. The entire experience, from our initial visit to their showroom and the help received there, to the personal visit to our home from the owner, Steve Schaefer to work out the details of the job, was a pleasurable one. Coastline Pool Service did a fantastic job on our pool renovation. We have a rock waterfall from our jacuzzi that also needed restoration and Steve brought in a specialist who also did a fantastic job. We highly recommend this company.
