We contacted Coastline Pavers to see about having a new front patio put in. Karen Klosterman, the owner, couldn’t have been more accommodating. She came by and thoroughly explained what the job would entail, including running drain lines underneath to accommodate the existing downspouts. She met us at the paver wholesaler to help us choose ones that we liked and that matched the color scheme of our community. She even filled out the necessary paperwork for our homeowners association. We are thrilled with our new driveway and walkway. Karen was very patient with all of our questions and her experience in the field really helped us to narrow down what kind of like we wanted. She has done many of our neighbors driveways as well. Her crew is so hard-working and did such a great job. They just finished the work, and I couldn't wait to review them. They were punctual, the estimate was right in the middle of the estimates I received, the team was so professional, I couldn't be happier. Karen was enthusiastic and quickly provided a plan and estimate. She checked in regularly as well. Minor and his team showed up on time, and finished the job 2 days earlier then expected. They cleaned up after they finished, and they were friendly and kept me updated as they worked. Not to mention, it looks fantastic.
