STAY AWAY!! THEY SELL HOUSES FOR SCHIAVI BUILDERS!! My experience with Alisha from Coastline was quite pleasant. Polite, straightforward communication. Excellent saleswoman. It's when they handed me off to schiavi builders that it became a nightmare, that I have not gotten to the end of, a year later. Unless they've stopped doing business with schiavi builders since, you'll definitely want to avoid this company. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE PLEASE!!
Refusal to return $5000 deposit after selling unit to another party.
Don’t ever buy from coastline! You sign contract with them & they give you a date they don’t stick to. I was suppose to be in my house by April, they still haven’t even started ground work. I’m living in a camper and my family is separated because of space. This is not fair and I won’t recommend them to ANYONE!
