My home is of good grade for a trailer. I believe my experience would have been a whole lot different if I had a better sales person. Of which is no longer there. Expect longer time than promised. Tom the manager is awesome to work with. Keith one of the construction crew is the best!! And Carol from Schiavi Builders was very helpful after set up trying to meet my needs as promised by salesperson and what I actually got. Any new construction has its issues. They are more than willing to continue to help me with any problems ... read more
