Had Coastline Glass come out to determine why lock on balcony slider they'd previously repaired was not latching properly. Renter that gave them access to unit stated they were there for approximately 1/2 hour. They determined that latch mechanism required a shot of WD-40. Received invoice today in the amount of $290. Called company for explanation of such exhortitant cost. They explained that $100 was for the trip charge and $190 was for labor & taxes for 1/2 hour of effort. Never again. Coastline Glass was able to install 3 windows for my neighbor. The glass had been purchased from the original window manufacturer but they would not install them nor did they have suggestions. One call to Coastline and the problem was solved. Jeff came out to confirm the windows would fit and Joe came out today and did a great job with the installation. I will be sharing this info with our Communities Facebook page. Great Job!

The experience purchasing was excellent . The quality and workmanship is first class. The icing on the cake is when I ran into a little problem with my upstairs shower , Todd and his team responded immediately with a solution that went beyond the call of duty. Bottom line I wouldn’t recommend any other glass company except Coastline.
These guys are awesome. Very responsive, creative and reasonable. The made me a custom screen that was the only possible way to resolve my problem.
