I only do their heavy weight session on Wednesdays as I’m either running or climbing otherwise. But it’s always my best workout of the week. Jill and Julia know their stuff and take us through proper form or substitute work arounds for injuries. What a great class.
I have been going to the Coastline for the past 10 months, and the energy level here is always high. Every trainer knows your capacity, pushes you when needed, and advises you to take it slow if you’re injured. If you’re a go-getter, their Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday classes are a must.
I really enjoy the classes here and I go here at least 3 times a week. Working out with a coach and other members gives me more motivation. Every coach is great! This is my place to release stress and boost endorphins.
I love this gym! I've been coming here for almost two years, and even after trying other "popular" gyms nearby, I always come back. The squat racks are a total game-changer! You can adjust the weights to what works for you, and there are mirrors to check your form, which is so helpful. The trainers are incredible—super motivating and always ready to help.
