Favorite gym so far, I love the equipment and how the hip thrust/ squat machines are in the corner for privacy and how the hip abduction machine and hamstring curl has its own room for comfort, right next to the ladies locker so I don’t have to walk too far (I have anxiety) <3 also love the windows, when it’s dark and the mirror is packed I set up near the windows (it’s kinda like floor to ceiling squares) to see my form 💕 the staff has always been welcoming, kind, caring, and attentive <3 I will say, the MAJORITY of people... read more

Coastline Fitness is a great gym option for the area. I've been going there for a few years now. Very clean, good variety of equipment and cardio machines. Staff and owner are always friendly.

I live around the corner from East Lyme plan . I have not been yet but I feel compelled to balance out the particularly STUNNINGLY LUDICROUS 1Reviews from people not been yet …..wait for it …BECAUSE HE HEARD NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! Moron . . And an employee of some sort who is obviously a punk. I say give these brand new locations a try. “Anthony” is attentive clearly to Improve so that’s better than most !

I was on my way into Renegade Fitness of Groton last month, and driving towards it, I noticed a sign that said Coastline Fitness is coming soon! I was excited about a new gym. Last week, I did sign up for the one coming soon to Groton. They do have a few already open in Clinton, East Lyme, and Old Saybrook. I'll wait for Groton, where I'll probably feel more comfortable.
