I'd like to thank you for the several ambulance transports you made for my mom in the final months of her life. You were always kind to her and handled her with care. I also found you easy to deal with on billing matters. Thank you, again.

Literally the worst ambulance company, incompetent in so many ways. Employees could benefit from alot more training including time at the gym! They almost dropped my family member who weighs only about 150 pounds. Dispatcher is extremely rude and clueless. Don't let coastline transport you!

Refused to take my mother home from hospital demanding cash up front even though she’s on Medicare, demanded hundreds and hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Blue Cross called and explained she is covered, Gloria denied ever speaking to blue cross even though Bluecross kept written records. Gloria also screamed at me for 5 minutes solid that her job isn’t to help sick people it’s to get payment. Expect to hear from atty gen office about Medicare fraud

Coastline EMS is the best! from the call center operators to the EMTs on the trucks, I had the GREATEST experience with them. They are the only ambulance company I will be using from now on.
