We had a great time exploring the waters around Anna Maria Island with Captain John. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable of the area. We wanted to do some snorkeling in the area, but the tides were against us. He knew exactly where to go so we could get the clearest water possible. We were able to see all kinds of sea life including fish, sand dollars, sea urchin, and even a star fish. We booked the 4-hour Egmont Key snorkeling and shelling trip for our family of four, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We happened to be the only guests on the boat, so it turned into a private tour, which made the experience even more special. Captain Casey was fantastic. He spotted manatees, got the dolphins to chase and play around the boat, and even stopped so we could watch a pod of dolphins hunting fish along a sandbar. Great time snorkeling and being on the water with manatees and dolphins.
We called and was accommodated with another group, which was nice. It was a nice boat, clean and organized. We had a great time. Visited some nice sand bars, snorkeling and Sun!!! Water was amazing and they even had clean showers and bathrooms to change when we got back! Book tour excursions you won’t regret it!!!!
Our family chose the 3 hour private tour to Egmont Key. Captain John was amazing and the boat ride was so fun. We saw a herd of manatees, gopher tortoises, dolphins and all kinds of other sealife. We all enjoyed snorkeling in two different locations and saw hundreds of sand dollars. We visited the old fort and the lighthouse. The highlight of our tour was the dolphins chasing our boat on the way back. This tour is well worth the money! "Core memories made" quote from my son! Thanks Coastline!
