Coastline custom flooring installed my stairs less than a year ago this will be the third time I’ve sent someone out to fix them I specifically asked them not to send the subcontractor that originally did the floors out and that’s who they sent I cannot stress enough how I would not use this company
Ronnie and his team have provided top-notch customer service and products time and time again, to us and our extended family. We just finished our second home project, and are very happy! We are proud to support this local biz and will definitely be back!
This company does not stand behind their work. They sent inexperienced people to lay my hardwood floors. Huge gaps between the boards which they touched up with a marker. After I expressed I wasn’t happy I was told they wouldn’t fix it again
I would not recommend this company because they do not stand behind their work. It has been over two months now. They were paid. Then when my husband was installing the shower fixtures one shower head pipe hole in tile was too small and the hall bathroom shower head hole is to large. we have been trying for over a month to get a return call to get the problem resolved. Mrs Pyles. Sorry you feel this way but we most definitely stand behind our work. We offer a one year labor warranty on all our jobs and always come back to fix them if need be. Your husband and myself talked about the piece needed to resolve the problems you speak of and said piece was ordered. When it came in I brought it to your home myself. I since have spoken to him and he told me it worked great and he was happy and did not need anything else. Please don't run us down over something that was in the works the whole time.... read more
Was told bathroom remodel would take 5 working days and possibly a Saturday. Going on two weeks, not including Saturdays, and job still not completed. No concern from the owner if the job is completed or not. If you want a job to last for a long time, this company is for you.
