Russell came out to my place quick and got me back up and running without breaking the bank. My cousin referred him and I’m glad he did!
Doesn’t warranty work nor are parts installed warranted. Had a repair by them and was told, that’s standard business practice and to shop around.
We had an AC failure on a Sunday, and Russell came out promptly, repaired it, and advised on what the issue was and recommended actions to prevent further issues. Next time I called him he provided recommendations for me to take to fix the problem, and I got it taken care of with no appointment required. Despite the delays of working through property management, he communicated clearly and got the job done without issue.
