Doesn’t warranty work nor are parts installed warranted. Had a repair by them and was told, that’s standard business practice and to shop around.

We had an AC failure on a Sunday, and Russell came out promptly, repaired it, and advised on what the issue was and recommended actions to prevent further issues. Next time I called him he provided recommendations for me to take to fix the problem, and I got it taken care of with no appointment required. I appreciate the honesty and the fact he was willing to talk through what the problem could be, since he was out of town for a few days. Russel handled my HVAC repair quickly and efficiently during an intense six-day heat wave. Despite the delays of working through property management, he communicated clearly and got the job done without issue. The new system is functioning properly, and the difference in air quality and performance is significant. I greatly appreciated the timely service under pressure. Highly recommend this company.

Coastline fixed my AC. The technician/owner was highly skilled, efficient, and professional. Thank God that he got it operational again! I would highly ecommend them without reservation.

We had Russell put us a new heating/air system with new air ducts throughout. These guys did an outstanding job of removing the old one system then reinstalling the new ducts and heating/ac system. Once the job was completed they cleaned up all the trash and left my house very clean. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that’s looking repair or replacement if you want it done right. Thanks to Russell and his team for a job well done!!
