Do not send your love ones here. First, all the numbers posted for this facility are disconnected, so once your loved one check ins there is literally NO WAY to reach them. We flew 1,800 miles and knocked on the door to get some answers. They allowed my daughter's boyfriend to check in with her (he was also her enabler and supplier). They left together before treatment was complete (which we warned the facility would happen) and Coastline took my daughter's belongings and donated them the day after she left.
