Recently purchased a used motorcycle. Pre and post sale customer service was above and beyond. I have had poor experiences before with vehicle salespersons. This wasn’t the case thanks to Peter and Joe. This experience has solidified why shopping through a reputable dealer is important. Highly recommend.
I was riding the BMW safari and had some bike issues Coastline was the nearest dealer , I am melbourne based so not a customer or even a prospect for a new service client , Shane from sales was at the door when I arrived , Todd in service gave it his all and after four hours found the fault and got me back to the group for the next days ride , if I could have given 6 stars I would have . My bike is still under warranty So it also shows the dealer support given to the brand

I brink my BMW k1200LT to be fixed with a new back tyre and check the loss of power on one cylinder. All have been done, and the bike is running very well, but I received the bike back with 6 missing screws and forgot to plug back my mobile charger plug. I have to buy a tool to fix it. You will understand my disappointment as the price I have paid for this service. 😞 By the way, I went to give a big thanks🙏🙏🙏 to Lenard, who put a lot of effort into sourcing my back tyre from Brisbane and the spark plugs in one day, also ... read more
