Reasonable service
Angus at coastline BMW went above and beyond to help me secure my BMWX7. Even when I went back for a service, he made sure to check in and offer anything at all I needed. Awful customer service. Thank goodness BMW Australia dealt with our problem as the warranty manager here didn’t help at all…just faced with rudeness.
Possibly one of the best experiences I've had with a mechanic/dealer. They repaired my car in a pinch even when they were pretty busy at the time. Communication from the office team being so caring and polite plus the expert work done by the mechanics in such a short time have amazed me. Thank you again for your excellent work and services I'm forever grateful.
