I own an 06 D40 Navara, had severe drive problems, trailered the car 1400 k's to have a full rebuild on the transmission and torque converter, and had the valve body repaired as well, after Ian diagnosed a problem with it once the rebuild had been done, requiring the transmission to be pulled out and inspected again and identifying the fault. Five months ago, I had a problem with my Automatic transmission (Subaru XV-2012) and Coastline helped me out. Yesterday, the same problem occurred and I went back, although the warranty had expired. Even so, they helped me out and acknowledged that it was a manufacturing fault with the electrical components; they helped me, carried out the repair, and I was able to drive home with my car in good working order again. I am very grateful for all the care and support.
What a freaking nightmare! From start to finish my car was in this so called Transmission place more times than I could have ever thought imaginable! Months without car had 4 chances to get it right! Faulty Transmission needed replacement and still doesn’t go! Time wasters and poor lack of communication!
