These guys are amazing. When my Hyundai dealership couldn’t asses my failed gearbox for weeks, Coastline said drop it in and we will try to slot it in within a week. The next day I got a call from De-Silver with a diagnosis and my options. His information, suggestions and likely costs all proved to be spot on. Thank You. Happy to be back on the road. Hyundai service centre’s could learn a thing or two about customer service, despite years of my loyalty vs my one off call for help to Coastline.

I came for some preventative maintenance for my cx5 and just wanted a drain and refill of the transmission fluid… they did that on Monday and I waited and watched … they didn’t put manufacture fluid into the transmission … as the fluid they put was red or pink color and as I found out later the Mazda fz fluid is blue … I went there is morning and talked to the owner and I get the colour doesn’t matter but it’s still a different fluid … and even tho it might be same or better quality… it will still have different additives or... read more

I can't thank the team enough at Coastline Automatics in Nerang. We had a huge transformation problem that the dealership weren't acknowledging and the car is still under warranty. Coastlines professional team carried out a diagnostic and emailed through to us which gave us the much needed information to take back to the dealership. They are a family operated business that go above and beyond to help their customers. Highly recommend, honest, professional and very helpful.
