Five months ago, I had a problem with my Automatic transmission (Subaru XV-2012) and Coastline helped me out. Yesterday, the same problem occurred and I went back, although the warranty had expired. Even so, they helped me out and acknowledged that it was a manufacturing fault with the electrical components; they helped me, carried out the repair, and I was able to drive home with my car in good working order again. I am very grateful for all the care and support.
What a freaking nightmare! From start to finish my car was in this so called Transmission place more times than I could have ever thought imaginable! Months without car had 4 chances to get it right! Faulty Transmission needed replacement and still doesn’t go! Time wasters and poor lack of communication!
Chris and his team did an amazing job on my bt50. They explained to me the worst case scenario or the best case scenario and they were spot on. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome of service. I highly recommend Lachlan
