What started of as great service and communication for a rental property that had me almost convinced that I am the preferred applicant, quickly went downhill as I was asked to pay more than the advertised price in order to repair a few small things around the house that is easily claimed on tax by the owner. Thought I’d give a review since I drove past the agency the other day and thought of a few things. Darcy is very unprofessional and dishonest. Told me to set up an electricity account; but after a year or so was told the landlord covers it. Also, the place suffocated me with mold. Now I know for future to do a thorough inspection, it was my first ever rental. One agent also gave my keys to the electrician, entered my place without me knowing. (Wasn’t urgent).
