The teller that handled my account through the drive thru today(2-14-18) gave my money, my account information, and my driver's license to another member and the other member drove off with access to all my private information. This happened because the teller's, 3 of them, were all looking at something on one of the teller's cell phone while also working on my transaction. I would like to give a great big shout out to Ms. Kelly Rae Ramos and Coastal Community and Teachers Credit Union. My journey started 6 months ago when Kelly helped me to re-build my Credit. I started with a small signature loan and a secured credit card. Within 6 months my credit score jumped from a 578 to a 644. Not happy. I just left one line for another. Why could not COASTAL COMMUNITY & TEACHER CREDIT UNION by Moody High School, NOT SEE ME. I asked 3 times when someone would see me. There were NO customers in any of the agent's offices. nor in the building. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT ON THEIR LIST TODAY. I wasted gas and time. I most times drive an extra 35 minutes to the other Credit union, because the service is SOOOO bad at the Moody one. I am tired.
Can't thank Sierra Samuelson enough!! Highly recommending working with her. She has been such a blessing to my family and I in this very stressful time. Thanks for well, everything!
