Worked with a lovely woman named Samantha Wolfe. She helped me for about 3 to 4 days getting into refinancing my vehicle and setting me up with a personal loan. Some numbers I wasn’t initially happy with and she went right back and made sure I was comfortable with what I would be working with going forward. She made everything smooth and easy and personable. She’s not even in my branch area and she still went above and beyond. Grateful for her and I hope she thrives with raises on raises.
I had a great experience with Ciara from the Portland location, she was very nice friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend her !
