If I could give ten stars, I would. I went in today to the Portland branch and needed help concerning my car loan. I spoke with Destiny and Monica and they were AMAZING in helping me. They were customer advocates, super professional, and incredibly kind. I walked out with my car fully paid off and I appreciate both of them for helping me. Give these ladies a raise! Thank you!
Small, quaint place with very, very helpful and friendly staff. Best kept secret about this place is it’s never really busy. Get in and out quick.
Banked with them for six years. No monthly fee was nice but there were sudden and frequent interruptions that lasted several days and prevented me from accessing my money. The nail in the coffin was the abrupt closure of my account due to a negative balance THE DAY I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE PAYROLL. Due to this, I am riding the threshold of not being able to pay rent on time because my money is being returned to my employer, and the process could take up to a week.
