Banked with them for six years. No monthly fee was nice but there were sudden and frequent interruptions that lasted several days and prevented me from accessing my money. The nail in the coffin was the abrupt closure of my account due to a negative balance THE DAY I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE PAYROLL. I have been a member since 2003 and have went through a lot of name changes and some disappointments but today I received 100% Customer Service. I was lost MiKayla assisted me with direction to new location….they have a drive through in Portland! That is a big wow if you didn’t know I sure didn’t know. The girls in Portland Ciara and Carrie went above and beyond to help me. I love having a bank that goes above and beyond.
I am afraid I am not happy with the customer service I received at the Portland branch. Staff erroneously send my car title to the wrong place!! This is not acceptable. I have tried several times to have the error rectified and get my original car title. Since Ms. Amy Martinez was unable to help me to my satisfaction and was unable to direct me to a complaint department. Very satisfied with my experience at CoastLife Portland branch. The person who helped me was Rosemary and I couldn’t be happier with the service I was provided. She helped me acquire my auto loan in fast but timely manner. Very smooth process, will be glad to go make for future investments!
