Choosing Coastlantic to build our custom home was one of the best decisions we've made. After touring one of their model homes, we felt confident they were the right builder for us. The floor plan we selected needed to be modified to fit our vacant lot, and working with the architect Coastlantic recommended was a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. With my engineering background, I enjoyed being involved in reviewing the plans and drawings and helping make decisions on the customizations we wanted. Throughou... read more
We recently relocated to Palm Coast. We were initially looking to buy a lot and build and when we started researching builder’s, Coastlantic stood out to us. I called and spoke with Sam and he was so helpful and friendly. We ended up traveling to see one of his houses that was for sale and fell in love! Sam is such an honest man with such integrity and compassion for his craft. He and his wife have such attention to detail with their homes and designs. There is absolutely no comparison to the other builder’s around here. Coa... read more
Sam Crouch and his Coastlantic Team widely exceeded our expectations. Our journey started with a late Saturday afternoon phone call to Sam inquiring about his services. Rather than deferring us to another day, he quickly met us at his most recent build, which he was preparing for sale. My wife and I were incredibly impressed with the quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and all the many upgrades that were included in their stock builds. During the design and selection phase, Sam and his wife, Denise worked relentlessly... read more
Coastlantic was absolutely superb -- 100% professional, customer-focused, and patiently involved throughout the home design, construction, and follow-up process. We were thrilled with their flexibility as well as their excellent counsel on what would and would not be aesthetically pleasing or architecturally possible. They also managed the permitting process extremely well. Our home was completed in August (ahead of schedule) and they have been very responsive with follow-up and ensuring the house is perfect. We would defini... read more
Last year my husband and I came to Palm Coast to find a builder to build our dream retirement home. Our Real Estate agent Ramona took us to see several builders that just didn't do anything for us. She mentioned that she had one more builder for us to see Coastlantic Builders. Well let me tell you that the owner Sam had us at Hello! Not only did he meet our expectations, he knocked it out of the ball park. If you want a high quality builder who takes pride in his work and truly cares about his clients and their needs then yo... read more
