When Bill arrived to repair my washer and drier I was really worried. The appliances had had no problems in the two years since I bought the house, but they are installed in a tiny room hardly bigger than a closet and packed so tightly that I didn't see how anyone except a circus acrobat could get at the mechanism. Bill didn't seem discouraged, and by removing a door and muscling the washer out of its snug home he was able to fix the problem and then the dryer.
