Jacqueline Hardy is always friendly , efficient and competent when you come up to her window and always willing to help . Angel too , kind , friendly , competent , was so fast in stepping up to help facilitate to issue me a new Visa card .
I have to say this branch of coast hills is my favorite branch. Everyone There is extremely nice and extremely helpful. Never had a problem with them. I'm going to leave a photo of this particular branch. The best teller here is Jacqueline Hardy.
I've gone in 3 seperate times in a day to get my card to work. Not because of actual fraud but because of "suspected" fraud. When I went in they told me that I just needed to replace the whole card but could keep the number. Because it was the card triggering it.... well they made me a new card with an old card number despite telling me I could keep the same one. Both card numbers worked for a couple of weeks(I had the number of the card I was told to surrender still on Amazon ect) then the new physical card they made me get... read more
Opened a checking account after getting a loan. The process was quick and easy. All very very helpful and friendly.
