The unit is old, but reasonable set up. As for hardware it had pretty much all we needed for our 13 night stay. But we were very disappointed when we found that the only initial supplies provided was a small amount of dishwashing liquid, some hand soap on the vanity in the bathroom, a small 100 ml? Very clean and functional. The location was close to everything and the room had basic kitchen supplies which means I didn't need to eat out the whole time. Lovely pool! Richard, the owner, was amazing and nothing was too much trouble - exceptional service, and budget friendly to boot. I'll be back.
Great location close to Sawtell shops and beach. Motel unit needs refurbishment
