BEWARE - INCORRECT INFORMATION ON WEBSITE AND EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED! I received drinking cups which were shown as having an 8mm spout. The spout has an opening measuring 8mm by 17mm. The cups were only part of an order placed on our behalf by an OT. No notification was given about when the equipment would be delivered (some items were very large). I found it dumped on the porch. Having read some of their 'NO RETURN' policy, I wouldn't waste my time enquiring about returning the cups. NOR WILL EVER WASTE MY TIME DOING BUSINES... read more

Coastcare Medical in Berwick are fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they apply great knowledge and understanding to each specific need. Bianca in particular is wonderful; professional, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend them.
