Very bad customer service I purchased a cam boot on Thursday at 3pm I took it back today being Friday 1:30pm because my heel was popping out the lady we can change it over because you had it for more then a day and was not helpful at all I a fractured foot and my foot should not be moving in it I would not recommend going to the Berwick store at all

We have dealt with coastcare a number of times with satisfactory service. However we purchased a mobility scooter for my husband in late December but he was never able to use it due to a rapid deterioration in his health. I wanted to return the scooter but was told that it was outside 7 day return policy they would not take it back. I was very willing to pay some costs to return it but unable to get an agreement. Irene and the other lady there did an amazing job today. Their demeanour is fantastic, honestly they never stop assisting customers even through lunch!
