My husband and I took Kate and Greg's Ossabaw Island Weekend Yoga Retreat. It was awesome!!!! The focus was on strengthening, external rotation of the upper arms and proper alignment. It was challenging but that's what's needed to improve. Nothing in life is perfect but frankly I can't think of anything I'd change. Wait, got it, wish it was longer.
