Recently purchased a home that came with a 6 year old 18ft Duffy, which needed a lot of TLC. New top, windows, batteries, throttle repair, bottom paint, etc. We got the boat back and honestly didn't recognize it - spotless - it looked and responded as if brand new. An example of attention to detail is when they came to pick up the boat they took the dock charging cable - didn't expect that but ok - when I got the boat back they had actually clean the cable - who does that now-a-days ? I recently purchased a boat from electric craft and it needed some adjustments after two weeks on the water. They connect me with Garry and his team and not only was he responsive. He was out the next day to assess what needed to be done and his tech team Led by Joe who was out the following day to fix everything. Super professional and accommodating. I will only use these guys going forward to do anything to our boat. I highly recommend this group. First class!
Please do not us this company. They quoted me on price that we agreed upon. When my boat was finished the invoiced me for more than double the original quote. Without notice or my consent.
