This company has taken up residence in Palmetto Florida, under the name Coastal Furnishing Company. There are 3 victims I know of because I am one. They delivered defective table that they won't refund because we didn't send it back with the driver upon delivery. Problems were not all visible until sitting at it. They kept promising to come repair, but continually stood us up. Putting my review back because they have turned off reviews everywhere else! I actually got my table and chairs unlike the other reviews, but it looked like a bunch of kindergartners put it together. HORRIBLE quality for $1700. Waste of money. If this place isn’t out of business they should be.

I had a very similar experience to Meg (another google review); after about 8 weeks of having my money, I started to try and get an update. I would hear something via email every once and a while. Then I started trying to call the numbers on the website and the number of the young lady who emailed me. No response and strange that no one answered a call. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Their customer service is horrible. I placed and paid for an order in February of 2022. It was an 8-10 week manufacturing process. Due to moving delays I did not have a delivery address until July. At that time I asked for an update on my order. I received one email stating they would let me know shortly. I haven’t heard a word from them. I’ve called and sent numerous emails with no response. When I use the automated chat to track my order I’m told there is no such order.
