Horrible customer service nobody answers your calls nobody answers your email. Does the table in November of 2021 it is now November 20th 22 still no table still no refund.
I wouldn’t even give this company one star if I could! They don’t answer emails or phone calls. Took three months to receive my table which is defective. They agreed to replace it and brought the wrong table. Offered a refund. They never refunded my money and won’t replace the table. Blocked me on social media! Terrible terrible company! Monty is a scam artist!
I purchased a dinning room set, coffee table and entertainment center. The quality of the product is unbelieveable. Prices were even better than any corporate furniture store even though each piece was made to order. Customer service made it a point to stay in touch through out the build process. Highly highly recommend Coastal Woodwork.
Had my custom living room wall unit made by Scott, it was made & installed exactly how & when we agreed on, reasonably priced & perfectly made! I’ve recommended Coastal Woodwork to all of my friends! They did a great job!!
