I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a specialist. My experience with Dr. Farag was a masterclass in poor time management and lack of professionalism. For my first appointment, I was told they were running 30 minutes late. I adjusted my schedule and arrived 30 minutes later as requested, only to be left waiting for another two hours. Foolishly, I gave them the benefit of the doubt for the second followup to book surgery. This time, he was two + hours late with zero updates or communication from the reception staff.
