Sent one of their sales folks a quote from another supplier for Martin windows to see if he could match/beat it (sent him ALL info - all he had to do was order them - no legwork). That salesperson, Ehrich, told me “he didn’t roll that way”. Um....what???? His ego cost him a sale - and this poor review. This company is a joke.
