I’ve been trying to call to make an appointment for a week. Can’t get anyone to pick up the phone or return my calls.
I have been trying to reach anyone at this office for over a week with no response via email, phone, patient portal, Facebook, Instagram, and in person. I left a hand written note at their main office in St Mary’s asking for some help getting a refill on my thyroid medication with no response. My medication has now lapsed, their phone is going straight to voicemail. Dr. Fricke is wonderful—knowledgeable and caring. However, I'm having trouble getting through on the phone. I’ve left messages, but no one has returned my calls. I need a refill for my prescription and, although I finally managed to speak to someone and she wasn’t friendly as it feels like I am bothering her. I still haven't received a callback. After Dr Laura Left the practice. This place have go downhill. They don't care for their patient. My partner and I would not be returning.
