Laura really cares! She listens to me and always takes time to respond to my concerns or answer my questions. She is very kind and empathetic, and I feel heard and supported by her. She takes women's health and women's health issues seriously and looks for every way she can assist and help me meet my health goals. I feel very lucky to have found her!

I went to see Laura Abrignani at Costal Well Woman for an annual pelvic exam and to check in on my post menopausal hormone treatment. I was blown away by the time and care she gave me. It is also amazing how well informed she is on all kinds of treatments and products, even things just coming out. The space is wonderfully professional and easy to access. I highly recommend this practice for women who really want to get in touch with their needs pre, post and during menopause.
