Jo and I wanted to get married, we went to the court house but still needed someone to officiate our union. We called around but no one was willing to perform the task on such short notice, until we spoke with Capt. Edwin who said come on. He did not make us wait, he was professional and the view on Tybee was beautiful. Our union was short and sweet. That's what we wanted. Thank you Capt Edwin for your service.
